We are seeking a manufacturer that can provide us with 6 different molded rubber parts that utilize the same bushing. Each of these 6 parts has a different steel sleeve or bar that the rubber will be bonded to. As you can see from the picture the parts are similar and should utilize the same tooling with different inserts used for each different center width. The natural black rubber portion is approximately 35mm in diameter and 39mm long and has a Shore A of 70 +/-5. The steel centers vary from 40mm wide up to 135mm and are approximately 20mm in diameter.
